I grew up in a house by a wide river in Dordrecht, Netherlands. Boats passing by. Swimming.
Our old house was full of art and music.
I learned to look and listen.
These are the roots of my art.

Every commission starts with looking and listening. I research the space, the context, the people who will live with the work. I want the work to deepen the identity of the place.

My work lives in public spaces and private collections. I love a project that needs out of the box ideas and a new flow. I am at ease working in a collective as well as independently and love connecting multiple dimensions in a project.
